Going to Florida during the summer was a real awakening as to how hot and humid it can get. However, Susan Struble and I had a great time on our "girls only trip". We spent two and a half weeks at our homes, but also spent some fun "girl" time eating out, shopping, taking side trips, etc. Here we are at Pine Island where we enjoyed a great lunch at a local resturant - I think it was called Harpoon Harry's or Captain Conns? This guy was weaving baskets and other articles out of palm branches. Of course we each had to buy a basket.
