Enjoyed the fireworks from the lawn of the Oakwood Hotel and Conference center. The annual display on Wawasee Lake has to be one of the best in the area.

So sad that it has closed down. Dick and I have attended some wonderful events there - Wee Kirk conferences (small Presbyterian Church gatherings from a 4-5 state area). The accommodations were wonderful and the food was great. Hopefully this place will open again some day.
